Felt very comfortable there. MUCH better experience than any other bridal store in Nashville. They made me excited to be shopping for a wedding dress. I loved that I was actually allowed to look through all the dresses (and not get told to sit down while someone else told me what to try on) while they listened to my budget and style choices. I went to Glitz to try on a dress I had tried on in a different location that was the wrong size. My consultant, Arlene, was awesome - she still had me pick out a ton of dresses from Essence of Australia in different shapes and styles to be sure that the original one was the best option. She was forthright with her opinions which made me have complete faith in her that we'd be able to find the absolute best dress for me. I came in solo because my mom lives up north and it was a weekday, but I still felt very taken care of (Arlene even held the phone while we face timed my mom.

The environment when you first walk in is a bit overwhelming but I believe it was because I went looking during the height of prom season. Once I knew I wasn't going to be around the frenzy, I was eased a bit more. Then taken to the side room that was elegant and quiet, felt more "bridal". My sales woman was Gretchen and she was a delight. Very honest and super helpful. I only really tried on about 4-5 dresses before I found the one and she explained all the details about purchasing the dress and getting it altered. Overall if was a great experience, much better then when I went to David's Bridal!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went with my mom, sister, and future mother-in-law who were able to sit comfortably outside the changing room. My goal was to keep an open mind to a number of styles and not stress to pick one immediately. The girl helping me out was so sweet and was able to help me understand what I was looking for without imposing her opinions. I ended up choosing a dress after trying on about 10 beautiful dresses. I'm not the type to make quick decisions the calm environment and delightful staff made it all feel so perfect that I couldn't imagine making a better decision.
